This calculator is easy to use product. It is very easy to see which is important to me.

Room for refinement, but mostly fully functional as a cleanly designed, replacement for the basic functionality of the default Calculator.app. With my larger screen and in the retina-era, the default calculator is just too small and not resizable. So this one fills that need for a resizable calculator (would be happy if it was just called "Big Calculator" -- I dont need the full screen aspect of it). Missing features: ability to hit C for clear; no paper tape or equivalent functionality (sorely missing!), no conversions or scientific calculator functionality like the built-in Calculator. So theres room to grow, but i dont regret spending the 99 cents on it!

Overall the app is very nice… works well. I selected it in order toget the Memory functions. The one thing I found lacking is that the app does not have the option for a “paper” tape. Its a simple thing but one that allows you to check your input to make sure your calculations are correct and print them if necessary. Had it supplied that one function I would have given it a full 5 stars. I hope they update it to include this simple but useful feature.

I only downloaded it a couple of days ago but I’m very happy with it. I wold like to see a tape function.

I just needed a calculator that was bigger so I could see what I was doing. Nothing more...so this is perfect for me. I love it!

All I need is a simple calculator that is resizable. Easy to see, and easy to enter data.

I have been using this calculator for a while now, well over a year & it is, by far, the best I’ve found. It never crashes, is always available (without a search through my APPs or my Preferences) which, to me, is a real plus. I also like the fact that I can use it in 1 of 2 formats ~ either full screen or at various unlimited size adjustments, something that alot of other calculators cannot do. So all in all, a great addition to my laptop “tools” ~ well done! :)

Clean and simple it is easy to use and seems to function well. While basically okay it doesn’t have enough extra shazam to warrant a fifth star. Nonetheless, it is still very functional.

Its big enough to see and click the right buttons, which is much better than the dinky version that comes bundled with the Mac OS! Sure wish the "c" key on the computer keyboard activated the "C" key on the calculator keyboard, as it does with the dinky Mac OS version, instead of the "MC" key. Also would be preferable if the "m" key on the computer keyboard activated the "MR" key on the calculator keyboard, instead of the "M-" key.

A simple, basic calculator which Includes the percent key to compute repeated percentage increases or decreases (e.g. 7% rent increase for 10 years).

I tried out many calculators before settling on this one. Some were too big, some too small, some too complicated. This one is perfect — I can size it however I want, and it doesn’t include the bells and whistles that I don’t need. Definitely worth it, and I’ve used it for a long time with no problems.

I really enjoyed this app when I first got it as it worked great. Well I tried to use it today and now all’s it does is redirect me to the Almanac created by the same guy. I clicked on FULL SCREEN CALCULATOR SUPPORT and it also took me to the Almanac and tried to get me to purchase it. REALLY??? I just want my calculator to work. If I could give it less than one star i would!!!

When it comes to computer programs, so many times you end up with more than you need, which means you either had to pay more than you wanted to, or have to wade through extraneous elements to use what you really want. Happily, not the case here. For a buck you get a perfectly functional (and even nice looking) desktop calculator to use for the essential functions of everyday life. Do you need scientific notation to balance a checkbook? Of course not, nor do you need all the extra buttons that go along with the arithmetic bells and whistles. This is a straightforward calculator that pops up instantly when you need it, and I doubt theres a dollar I could spend for anything that would get me more for my money.

This doesn’t work with my wireless number pad. It’s pretty hard to use with the regular numbers, so this is worthless to me. The number pad works in other applications.
